AUGUST 12th performance

PLEASE read this VERY Important  information. After reading, make sure to purchase your tickets using the link in the Seating & Tickets section below. 

A. Heartlight has been invited to enter the stadium early, before the general public. Please arrive at 5:00. This is a great opportunity because not only will families be able to find their seats & get situated, but children, volunteers & staff  will have a chance to rehearse getting on and off the field. Children are highly encouraged to come for this rehearsal to ensure the best possible performance and smooth transition on and off the field! 

B. Please note that in many sections of Torero Stadium, the children will leave their seats with  instructors/staff and Parent Volunteers to walk around the rim of the  stadium to the end zone to "stage/organize" for the Half Time Show.  Parents MUST REMAIN seated so the children are easily viewed by staff as  they walk around to the far end zone.  We have performed at Torero Stadium many times in the past, and this works best when parents remain seated!!  Children are small, and when parents stand it makes it difficult to  gather students to go perform.

C. Torero Stadium is very secure and there will be security in place.  All children will receive a name badge at Check In that will have their name, their seating section, and their parent's cell # as an extra  precaution.  ONLY Staff and Volunteers will be able to walk on to the  field with the children.  If you are unable to or are uncomfortable with  this important request, this might not be the Performance for your child. 

D.   This show (like all Heartlight Performances) is OPTIONAL. Soccer games are quick, and the 1st half is roughly an hour (roughly 8:00). We realize it's late. Please wait to leave until after we return students to their seats. Many  children are eager to perform, but many are a bit shy/nervous to  perform.  We never want to force any child to perform when they are not ready.  Many just love dancing with their fellow students in class. 

E.  Because we expect a large crowd, there is a  ticket LIMIT of 6 tickets per family.  We apologize, but it is the ONLY way to accommodate the thousands of children who participate in our shows every year  PLEASE honor this important request and purchase no  more than 6 tickets per family:  One for the student and up to 5 more for family. The ticket link is set up so you can ONLY purchase 6 tickets.  This is an wonderful opportunity for Heartlight at USD and we would like to be invited back - so we DO need families to honor this  request so every family at this performance/game can get tickets to see  their child perform.  Everyone in your group will need a ticket, including your Heartlight Student.

F. The children will perform at Halftime and the  children will leave their seats with staff and volunteers roughly 7  minutes before halftime.  Please make sure you are sitting and watching the game and NOT in the  concessions line/bathroom etc... with at least 10 minutes left on the  clock before halftime break so we have ample time to gather the children.

H. PERMISSION TO PERFORM - Please confirm with your director that you will be attending the performance by filling out this FORM, or by emailing ryanheartlight@gmail.com.  By giving your child permission to perform, you are releasing Heartlight and the SD Loyal of liability for any actions or claims related to their participation in this event.
