PERFORMANCE DAY PROCEDURES FOR UCSD

Gates/Doors open one hour prior to each game   PLEASE allow  plenty of time to drive to the University, park your car, walk with your child/children, and enter LionTree Arena. 

Heartlight will have a Welcome Table just inside the venue to assist with questions. Children do not need to check in when they arrive.  

All guests are subject to a security screening before entering the facility. 

BAG POLICY

Clear bags are preferred for easiest entry but are not required. No bags over 16” x 8” x 16” with the exception  of diaper and medical bags. All bags will be searched.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE RESTRICTED IN THE VENUE:

• NO pets allowed; Service animals specifically trained to assist a person with a disability are welcome

• NO artificial noisemakers as in airhorns, bull horns and portable speakers

• NO tobacco or vaping usage allowed or the appearance thereof

• NO weapons, drug paraphernalia, or illegal substances

• NO oversized bags or coolers

• NO outside food or beverages other than personal reusable water bottles

• NO unauthorized video and/or audio recording devices, tripods and self-sticks

• NO bottles or cans

• NO skates, skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, or roller skates

• NO drones

• NO umbrellas

• NO laser pointers

• NO items that jeopardize the safety, viewing, listening pleasure, or enjoyment of other guest deemed by the Event Management to be unsafe or prohibited All Persons and Items are subject to inspection and confiscation by the Event Management of the Venue, Security Staff and UC San Diego Police Department. If you have questions about this policy please ask to speak with the Event Manager on Duty.

Concessions lines will be long and no food is allowed  through the gates, so you might want to eat BEFORE leaving your home on (Game Day/Performance Day!!

Please make sure your child goes to the bathroom by at least the end of the 1st Quarter during the game so they do not miss their performance!
