ARRIVAL TIME
Gates/Doors open one hour prior to each game PLEASE allow plenty of time to drive to the University of S.D., park your car, walk with your child/children, and enter the Jenny Craig Pavilion.
ENTERING THE VENUE & CHECK IN
U.S.D. will be conducting bag checks as guests enter the arena. No umbrellas, oversized bags, coolers or outside food are allowed inside the venue. No alcohol, drugs, weapons, smoking or dogs allowed inside the venue. Thank you in advance for your appropriate spectator conduct.!
Heartlight will have a Welcome Table set up to assist with any questions. Heartlight students do not need to check in. Once inside the gates, head to your seating area and enjoy the game.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFO
Concessions lines may be long and no food is allowed through the gates, so you might want to eat BEFORE leaving your home on Game Day/Performance Day!!
Water is allowed. Water bottles must be a factory sealed OR you can bring and empty water bottle and refill on site.
Basketball games are very fast- please make sure your child goes to the bathroom no later than the end of the 1st Quarter so they do not miss their performance!
FAQ'S
Q: Will there be Heartlight staff performing along with the students? My child is having a hard time remembering the whole dance and is nervous.
A: Yes! instructors will be performing with the kids and facing them just like in class. We will also still be calling out the moves before they happen, so the kids know what to do next.
Q: I tried to go on the website and purchase tickets, but it would not allow me to purchase seats in my child’s section. What should I do?
A: Because all of the seating is General Admission (GA), you'll be able to sit in any section regardless of which seats you purchase. Once inside the venue, head to your child’s school section and enjoy the show!
Q: Can we arrive early?
A: PLEASE do arrive early! Also, please purchase your tickets now! Traffic, finding parking, lining up at the gate, and looking for seats will all take time, so getting their early is highly recommended! Basketball games can be quick, so arriving early will ensure your child does not miss performing at Half Time.
