IMPORTANT TICKET INFO FOR SD UNIFIED STUDENTS!
Our Fair tickets will not be available until after your schools have ended for the year, so you have two choices for getting your child's Fair passes, parking pass, and waiver to perform at the Fair. OPTION 1: (Preferred) Come to Zamorano Elementary (2655 Casey Street, SD 92139) on either Saturday, June 7, between 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM - or - Sunday, June 8 between 1:00 - 4:00 PM to pick everything up. Zamorano Elementary has a large parking lot where we will have tables set up. We will also have t-shirts for sale if your child still needs a t-shirt for the show. - OR - OPTION 2: If you are unable to pick up your passes in person, use the Permission Slip on this website (you will find it after clicking on your child's school below) and fill out your COMPLETE Mailing Address so we can mail everything to your home. If you absolutely need to use this option we understand, but of course the first option saves our non-profit from extra costs, and is much less time consuming (we currently have 50 schools in the SD Unified School District!)
The Fair has asked us to remind parents not to allow children to run around on the dance floor prior to the show. When you arrive at the stage area, please find seats and sit with your child and family. We have a wonderful partnership with the Fair- please help us ensure we are invited back next year by respecting their request.
We realize that all the Heartlight Performances are on weekdays, and this might not be ideal for working parents, but the Fair DOES give us so many performance dates to cover 90 schools! We are truly lucky to receive the dates/times they give us and have no control on scheduling. We appreciate our partnership with the Fair.
